Hello, I'm
Designing experiences that hold together across channels, systems, and the humans in between.
I'm a content and conversation design leader with 8+ years across the full product lifecycle. My focus is the orchestration era, where content becomes the connective tissue between channels, ensuring a fluid experience as users move between automated and human-led interactions. I'm drawn to the gaps between service design, traditional UI, and complex technical logic, and I design to close them.
My path here spans hospitality, journalism, and marketing, disciplines that shaped how I think about narrative, empathy, and systems. Beyond client work, I'm a practice builder: I grow design teams through internal playbooks, hiring, and partnering with commercial leads to translate design thinking into new business.
That breadth translates into two interconnected disciplines. I partner with sprint teams across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and definition through design, research, launch, and scaling.
The practice of shaping digital experiences through language, information architecture, and content governance, ensuring the right content reaches the right person at the right moment.
Product Lifecycle
The practice of creating natural, intuitive, and helpful interactions between humans and chatbots, voice assistants, and other conversational interfaces, orchestrating the full CX journey from entry point to resolution.
Product Lifecycle
Architected the cross-channel content strategy for the first asynchronous messaging app in Canadian Telecom, a product that lets customers describe their issue and go about their day while a human expert resolves it. My role spanned the entire stack: from IVR prompts and bot triage flows to agent training, marketing collateral, and future-state design.

Journalism school gave me the foundational instincts I bring to UX writing and discovery: asking the right questions, synthesizing information fast, and writing for a specific reader under constraint. The ACL work, designing competitions, building curricula, and creating assessment frameworks, was content architecture and systems thinking before I had words for it.
